The opposing Pokémon can switch or run. Fails if the opposing Pokémon had used Encore, Mirror Move, or Struggle, or if affected attack has zero PP. During effect, this attack will fail for both user and the opposing Pokémon. Effect ends when the opposing Pokémon leaves the battle. At the end of each turn, if affected move has zero PP, effect ends. If the opposing Pokémon becomes disobedient during its attack segment, effect ends (no message is displayed).
