After this attack is used, if this attack was successful, if user has at least 1 HP and is still in battle, and if there is at least one unfainted non-Egg Pokémon not in battle with the same controller as the user, this attack causes the user to switch even if it can’t switch out. (The new Pokémon enters the battle immediately. Effect of Destiny Bond and Grudge takes precedence over this attack’s effect. User doesn’t switch out if there are no unfainted non-Egg Pokémon on the opposing Pokémon’s side.)
Flag a: This is a direct attack (contact move). Flag b: The target can use Protect or Detect to protect itself from this attack. Flag e: This attack can be used with Mirror Move. Flag f: If the user holds a King's Rock or the like, the target has a chance to flinch if this attack succeeds.
