If at least one ally of the user that strikes after the user has chosen Water Pledge or Grass Pledge for use this turn (even if that attack’s target isn’t the target), and such a move wasn’t used by an ally of the user yet this turn, the next such ally in turn order takes its attack segment immediately after the user this turn and this attack does nothing. If this attack is used by a Pokémon that takes its attack segment this way, this attack’s power is tripled, and if this attack is successful, a rainbow appears on the user’s side if the previous attack was Water Pledge, or a sea of fire appears on the target’s side if the previous attack was Grass Pledge.
